Temporary Works Supervisor
Overview
This 1-day course will provide knowledge of the role of a Temporary Works Supervisor, including an understanding of the procedural control requirements of temporary works.
It is suitable for people with experience of the installation and removal of temporary works in a supervisory capacity.
Normally a Temporary Works Supervisor is site based and reports to the Temporary Works Co-ordinator.

Teaching and assessment
Assessment at the end of the day: multiple choice and free text questions test. You need to pass this to gain your certificate
Qualifications you gain
CITB renewable 5-year Site Safety Plus certificate.
Successful completion of this course on its own does not confer competency as a TWS. This comes from an assessment of skill, knowledge, training and experience by the senior company person making the formal TWS appointment.
